I have 2 mid size apartment buildings in the Hiawatha area of Minneapolis for sale. One 14 unit building, one 12 unit building. 26 total units.
Very close to a light rail stop and the Lake and Hiawatha corridor.
Sold as package for $1.56mil.
Mortgages on these type of properties usually require 20-25% down. Meaning you need $300,000 in cash as a down payment. If you dont have that in cash or equity, it wont work.
