The real estate bounce back is arriving. With 5 sales in December and some offers rolling in already and January, I think the market is finally turning back.
There are less listings, which helps. Interest rates are holding steady, and lower than anticipated.
AND the media is cooperating with the above sentiments.

I had a really hard time stomaching this article about Chief Justice John Roberts saying because of the salaries for justices the United States ”has now reached the level of a constitutional crisis.”
Bear in mind their salaries are in the neighborhood of $200,000, which while not get rich schemes, its not shabby.  Also I imagine there are [...]

The unclaimed property in Minnesota is rather vast.  Anyone want to go into business finding these folks?
