I have heard about technorati twins but had yet to see one, until today.
Go figure, my technorati twin happens to be a friend of mine that I have known since elementary school. Alex Stenback at Behind the Mortgage and I share the same rank. Weird. 

We just added a little widget to the left side bar.  Its a random family photo. We havent gone through all the photos yet, there are like 1400 of them, so a few photos might not meet the family criteria, but we’re trying.

Here is the thing…
January and February the real estate market in the Minneapolis St Paul area was great.  There was a LIMITED SUPPLY of listings, the weather was unseasonably nice, along with the other various market components (interest rates etc).
Late February and March came along with some wicked snow and cold.  Sales about halted with that.

We have been slowly growing the Uptown Minneapolis Real Estate site. Its been an interesting experiment so far.

Today we had our kindergarten round up / orientation at the Minneapolis school Barton Open School.
What I found most interesting was the principal of the schools introduction and delivery of information. The bulk of the conversation revolved around the fact that most families would not get their first choice when it came to kindergarten classroom [...]
