A reader of flippingrich.com and friend of mine, Hilton Balckwell, from over at optimumworld.com was telling me about some real estate for sale in Hawaii. Because I am a semi fanatic when it comes to real estate and what I can buy for a dollar, it is always interesting to me to hear about properties in other areas.
