a quick update
A few people have asked what we have been up to so I thought I would share it with you.
We sold 2 apartment buildings earlier this year. We are in the process of buying a 42 unit apartment building near downtown Minneapolis.

We have been more and more involved with the purchase and sales of multi family properties, if you are thinking of investing in real estate we should talk.

Hilton, most of the multi family properties here are sold low key and not on any “open” market. Are you looking for larger properties (apartments/multi family)?
I am shopping around, not ready to buy yet, I have to sell my office building first. If you could put me on your buyers list, I would appreciate it!
