The old Pearl Brewery (and Pabst Brewery) is JUST north of downtown San Antonio. Silver Ventures (a San Antonio bunch) and Aveda (a company from your neck of the woods) have partnered up on the deal. This article is 2 years old (I'm too lazy to go find something more recent), but it's pretty close to being complete...ok, well about 40%. But that's quite a bit considering the city plans to extend the already popular Riverwalk (yes, Mark Cuban...we cleaned it) North of through this complex and beyond.
