It is pretty slick. Just make sure you plug in all the correct data, including appreciation rates, interest rates, monthly rent, etc.

I have 2 mid size apartment buildings in the Hiawatha area of Minneapolis for sale. One 14 unit building, one 12 unit building. 26 total units.
Very close to a light rail stop and the Lake and Hiawatha corridor.
Sold as package for $1.56mil.

So, its my own fault for ingoring my duty as an owner of rental property to complete my CRPs by January 31.
A CRP is a Certificate of Rent Paid, a form made by the State of Minnesota for landloards to distribute to tenants so that the tenant may get a refund for rent paid.
