Ngon, hard to say, but good to eat, Vietnamese Bistro

Sunny and I tend to go to Asian restaurants a few times a month. One of the issues I have had is just the general standards of, if nothing else, the presentation of the establishment.
A few common places we go in Minneapolis, along Eat Street, is Pho Tau Bay, and Pho 79. There is [...]

A real look at the Twin Cities real estate market for Spring

Here is the thing…
January and February the real estate market in the Minneapolis St Paul area was great.  There was a LIMITED SUPPLY of listings, the weather was unseasonably nice, along with the other various market components (interest rates etc).
Late February and March came along with some wicked snow and cold.  Sales about halted with that.
Once [...]

Beer and Real Estate, my personal favorite

Location, Education, and Real Estate

Its always been a bit of a surprise how few of my clients factor in the school or school location/assignments into their home choices.  Dont get me wrong, most of the clients are either pre or post the parenting stage, and many clients have made it their number one concern.  However it still seems way [...]

Twin Cities real estate bounce back

Its official, I think…

There are less listings, which helps. Interest rates are holding steady, and lower than anticipated.
AND the media is cooperating with the above sentiments.
I dont think [...]

Compelling search for money

Ive browsed this list before, its quite interesting, and worth the minute it takes to look up your last name.
The unclaimed property in Minnesota is rather vast.  Anyone want to go into business finding these folks?
