Now, I am not sure if the agent sees the money or even knows, but I do know that in Illinois it is highly regulated and they do have it buried in the paperwork somewhere. I believe in the interest of all involved they should let the client know right up front and NOT bury it deep into the paperwork, it gives the appearance of being deceiving. I am not sure if all CB do this or only certain ones. They also have alot of mumbo jumbo going on with Cendant forcing CB agents to pay a kickback to them if they work for a corporation that uses Cendant. I referred a client to a CB agent out east and she still had to pay Cendant even though they had nothing to do with the referral, it is totally bogus. The guys at the top must be cranking in a ton of cash...I can only imagine!
