Okay, the need for this page really has me thinking…
It reminds me of a time, I was probably 11 or so with my dad at the University of Minnesota. We were in a restroom.
As I was standing at a urinal (not what you thought you’d get on a contact us page) I read something at about the height of the top of the urinal. It read “look up”.
As I looked up I noticed another note presumably meant as part 2 of this message. It read “you are pissing on your shoes”.
It seems redundant to me as both Sunny and my (Derrik) ’s contact info is in the header of each and every page on this site. If your scroll button isnt working here it is.

Everyone has a different definition of “bad”. Since I don’t know how bad it is, I think it’s best to work with a mortgage consultant. He/she will check your credit and offer advice to repair them, or the lender might have a program that would fit your situation right now. So my suggestion is to call a mortgage consultant and start the process there. Once you’re ready with the pre-approval, please do call Derrik to help with your house hunting — I know he’ll give you the best advice when it’s time to buy.

I noticed you visited my site so I thought I would return the favor. I also noticed you use the Sociable plugin. I updated the plugin today to make it a little bit better. It also fixes the StumbleUpon button that doesn’t work. (try your’s, you’ll see) You can find the updated version on my site.

Hey Derrik,
Just saw your comment on Derek Semmler’s blog and I actually won one of the t-shirts that I plan to keep. I will be posting a picture of me wearing it as long as it fits me but I was wondering if you were willing to send me a shirt or two so that I can give them away on my website.
