Hookup of the week, jewelry
This week, as promised is jewelry. However I want to make a couple quick notes.
I just read Teresa Boardmans “Appliance Realtor” post, which I love. For one, it tells the true story of the communication that sometimes occurs between realtors, or lack thereof. I agree with her entirely, there are plenty of part time realtors out there, and real estate is a just a side business for them.Â
Given that, I really build my business with referrals, and while I hate that damn slogan, its so overused and on like millions of business cards, its true.
I prefer to use my connections to help build my business, and I help build their business, and everyone wins. And, Im a full time realtor, among other things.Â
So, for jewelry Ive got my own little connection. His name is Scott. And while he is not in the jewelry business, his family is and has the oldest and largest (Scott that is true right?) jewelry store in Duluth.
There is no showroom here which can make it a little harder to shop for those that need to be hands on, but say you want to buy some diamond studs, or a Rolex, or well you get the idea, some jewelry, he can get a better price than I have found anywhere else. And, I am a deal hunter.
Scott is also an employment lawyer, so if you need to sue someone, I am sure he can help as well. Get Scott at sseiler[at]sseilerlaw.com. Tell him Derrik sentcha.

And one would say “you never pay retail with Derrik Dyka”. Your “hook-ups” proved to be true. Diamonds are girls’ best friend, especially the big diamonds — and I don’t like paying retail. Rock on, dude!
Thanks for the mention.
