Interesting meeting today on foreclosed properties
I had an interesting meeting today that included a short tour of 4 properties in North Minneapolis. These are bank owned properties that are being sold as a package. This is a good opportunity for the experienced rehaber.
The bank has a package price of $260,000. My initial thought is the retail once done is slightly above $550K.
2 have great potential
1 could be a quick lipstick job and unload ($100k approx)
1 has fire damage and would be a little harder to deal with. Perhaps resell it immediately to another rehaber
These are not listed in the MLS. If you have interest or questions please let me know.
