This is so awesome. I have seen plenty of “buy a condo get a LCD TV” incentives, but who would have thought of using it for politics?
Apparently India did. The political group is/was offering all kinds of electronic goodies, as reported, for votes.Â
I would be even more inclined to vote it that vote came with a shiney new PS3!

On the other hand, a famous ancient Chinese character translates “where lies danger, there’s opportunityâ€. So, place your bets.
