Minneapolis housing market
I can say this, 2006 was a horrible year for real estate in Minneapolis, at least for myself, and the bulk of other realtors I have talked to.
However 2007 started with a bang! Today I sold my 12th property. That is certainly a record for me, 12 real estate sales and February is not over yet.
If you are thinking of buying, do it sooner than later. Once sellers confidence comes back, there wont be much negotiating room (there is now, for the most part).
