		<description>I tend to like fresh sushi.  That stuff floating around a circle or conveyor belt is usually dried out. Also, I think there is more variety on a menu right?

Fresh made to order sushi is the way to go if you are going to do it.

And do it Japan style, no chopsticks, just fingers.</description>
