I have a downtown Minneapolis studio for rent. 1425 Lasalle, 2 blocks from the Minneapolis Hyatt. Available immediately (getting painted right now) but otherwise ready.

Deposit: 1 month rent

  1. Interesting idea . . . did your Ipod promotion help you find a tenant? Just curious.

  2. I ended up not having to give away an iPod. Units there show well and fill up pretty fast, so far.
