One CommentMost of you know I do a lot of condo business. And this year has been no exception. Since January 1 I have sold 9 condos. Thats huge news and a nice little burst of fresh air for the 2007 market.
A condo I have recently seen has by far the most beautiful original detail I have seen in any condo in Minneapolis. And, its just a few steps to my favorite indoor tennis center, bonus!
This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is priced at $199,650. It has a one car heated garage stall. The detail in woodwork, orig hardware, hardwood floors, as well as the newly updated kitchen (that is well done I might add) makes it one of my favorite condos in Minneapolis in this price range.
