Folks this was just another one of my goofball marketing eye catchers. But it got some attention…
Amy Carlson Gustafson of the Pioneer Press just wrote ‘AI’ contestant Barba is all the buzz referencing my original craigslist post.
Who knew that the one of many ridiculous craigslist posts Ive done would be media worthy. Metro Mag did a little diddy last month about my attempts to get people to read my real estate for sale craigslist posts. Is it really newsworthy? I dont know, but its fun stuff.
Creative marketing is the best way to sell listings. So thats what I do.

I’m still waiting for Macaulay Culkin’s Gumby Doll he used to keep in his movie trailer on the set of Home Alone 2 Lost in New York you promised me after I bought that 175 square foot studio for $900K last year!
