Will go on market in a week. Gross rents $4000/month. Price $550,000. Area is Whittier, near Eat Street, and just East of Uptown (Minneapolis).
Runs like a top. Rents have not been increased in years.

If only I was in Minneapolis….although it is 2007, so with that technology stuff, it probably isn’t necessary.
