We have been slowly growing the Uptown Minneapolis Real Estate site. Its been an interesting experiment so far. 

Our feeling is it will be rather interesting to dig through over time.  It will be easier to take a look at what other properties were selling for at one point in history. And of course, its decent marketing, and free, for people selling real estate in the Uptown Minneapolis area.
