Way crazier real estate marketing than Derrik Dyka
Okay, I do some odd posts on craigslist often enough. You have to do something to get attention, or at least I think so. Its worked so far.
However this project, Donovan, in Vancouver has me way beat on the oddball marketing.
I really dont know how I ended up on their, presumably large, spamlist, but lucky for me I do. It seems that this project is large enough to justify its own miniseries.
I need that kind of marketing budget! And Donovan, or whoever you are (Developer is Cressey), if you need someone to market a project for you in Minneapolis, Im the guy. Im full of cornball ideas!

Maybe for next year’s CRP season you too should stand outside in the cold dressed up as Uncle Sam…

I prefer the male statue of liberty wearing headphones and dancing waving the taxes sign - used to be a regular on the corner of Lake and Hennepin.
