weird maintenance calls part 1
Since I get enough phone calls I thought I would share one with you today. It was left on my voice mail via a caretaker so I havent had a chance to follow up and get more details.
The issue this time is a tenant flushed their keys down the toilet. The reason for informing us was twofold. First, they need a new set of keys. Second, be prepared for plumbing issues.
How does this happen?
My father once flushed his cell phone down the toilet. It was on vibrate when it happened. You could actually call the phone and hear the vibrating in the room below it.
