First it is always a compliment (we hope) to borrow an idea. And while they make no claim to jumping on the flipping bandwagon we still consider FlippingPad.com friends.

FlippingPad.com is a newer site whose focus is on sharing ideas about real estate investing. Good timing fellas, I have some stories to share. Including the semi breaking news, Sunny and I just sold 2 of our apartment buildings and have a purchase agreement on the purchase of a 42 unit building near Downtown Minneapolis.

I (Derrik) stumbled into a site the other day while aimlessly browsing and thinking about a new fab machine for me, I mean our kids. Currently we have an Xbox 360, which is cool, but the Wii and PS3 sound fun too.

Anyway Wii Contests is posting all the free ways to grab a Wii. I hesitate to share that with you because Im doing all of them. I mean, that is what flippingrich.com is about, saving money!
